According to the AWWA’s State of the Water Industry Report 2022, the most urgent challenge facing the US water sector today is the “renewal and replacement of aging water and wastewater infrastructure.”[1] Over the last two years, SIGMA Corporation has assembled a dedicated Treatment Plant Division to address this priority and is proud to announce it has secured a score of major contracts to supply waterworks infrastructure for Treatment Plant projects throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Nevada.
SIGMA Products Help to Rebuild Major Water Treatment Plant
SIGMA Corporation will supply a full inventory of fittings, around 250 large-sized (48”) Pipe Restraint Systems in flanged and mechanical joint end configurations and a wide selection of ancillary products and accessories to leading waterworks distributor Lincoln Winwater. The order will be supplied to a contractor engaged in the rebuilding of an 80-year old treatment plant in Omaha. The project is expected to break ground early 2023.
